Egypt have lifted the African Cup of Nations for a record sixth time as they beat Cameroon 1-0.

The winning goal came in the second half after a mistake by Riogobert Song allowed Mohamed Zidane to toe poke the ball onto Mohamed Abou Trika, who beat the impressive Carlos Kameni.

Cameroon pushed for an equaliser but it was too little, too late and the trophy now returns to Cairo
